Getting off of the 5-htp and taking Zoloft?

I have been taking the 5-htp for 4 months, 50mg, twice a day, for my depression and anxiety problem.

But now I decide to take the Zoloft temporarily.

How many days should I wait until the 5-htp is out of my system? I stopped taking the 5-htp by today.
