It's called luck dude. Sorry, but if there is a god I don't think he's worrying if I get that promotion, or win the lottery. And not every ones needs are met at the appropriate time. Not only that, look in nature, animals have no belief system. And yet somehow they find ways to survive. We on the other hand destroy our environment. Who's better off?

If theists think this way, I now have another problem with them. Your post is simply a retreat to the necessity of God because you have such a low opinion of the "grasp" of living beings around you. It's a "God of the gaps" argument, where the gap is only because of your low opinion of our capacities. Your argument is poor on both counts. Do you not see the contradiction in believing in a benevolent "creator" who would have made us so weak as to be so needy of him/her/it? Ridiculous.
