Withdrawal is a very poor method of birth control. A guy never can tell what is coming out before his ejaculation. Usually there is a significant amount of stuff before hand. One way to see this is to give a guy a handjob. You will notice that if you take your time he will produce a large amount of fluid over time. I would say the withdrawl method gives you about a 50% chance of getting pregnant if you are ovulating at that time.

There is a very good chance he may have gone inside. Even if he knew what he was doing, he may not have gotten out in time. As far as preventing pregnancy, the pull-out method doesn't work forever. Eventually he'll slip up. My husband (BF at the time) and I used the pull-out method successfully for only 4 months before we got pregnant. It's best to use a condom and take birth control to prevent both disease and pregnancy.
In answer to your second question, a woman has a greater chance of becoming pregnant during her ovulation cycle.

Your chances are as high as anyone that is having unprotected sex regardless of sex techinques used to prevent the possibilty of concieve little deviants to populate the world. WEB MD is where you need to go as far as your chances of getting pregnant at those times of the month and normally it is a week before or a week after that you stand the highest chance of create a little bundle of pain and agony. Best way is to find a sterile man or use a condomn or better yet just don't have any, personally I say damn that life is too short to not enjoy sex but that is just me talking. However, bailing out is a waste of time there is nothing certain in this world other than the fact you were born you will get old and you will die that is the only sure thing we have in life.

The chances are like 5-10%. If you dont want to get pregnant I think you should go on the pill, use the female condom or other devices, the withdrawal method is porbably the most risky of the preventative methods. So I would say yes there is a chance that you could get pregnant even usingthe withdrawal method. There are days in your cycle that you are less likely to get pregnant, my advice to you is to contact your gyn or Family Planning and ask them about this, they are the best people who can help you.

It's about 85% effective. That means that 15 in 100 women will get pregnant this way.
You get pregnant when you are ovulating. The means the eggs are coming out of the Fallopian tubes just waiting for some sperm to comes along.
If you don't want to get pregnant or get STDS, use a condom plus a spermicide.

Well sexy I think you got conned into letting him have sex with you without a condom. You might want to think about getting checked because you have just as much chance getting pregnant that way as you do the normal way. I have a friend that has two kids because he thought the same thing that you did. If you get lucky don't let your sex partner fool you again. And by the way you are gorgeous so don't ruin it by getting pregnant till your ready and screw your life up

The greatest chance of pregnancy is during ovulation. Actually, it is the only chance of pregnancy. Withdrawal is not a good method because as you stated, the preejaculatory semen can also get you pregnant. As long as you are not ovulatinf, you are okay.

My best friend has a 11 year old son using the withdrawl method. Does this sound like it works? Don't take any chances. He pulled out also and she still got pregnant.
