not eating much, fluffed up, sleepy 1.5 day and gaugging
pls can I give her something without taking her to the vet? I have been giving her food and water everycouple of hours
pls let me know

Take it to the vet. I waited for weeks and finally took it in. It had a bad infection for which I had to buy an extremely expensive medication but it died the next day. So I ended up with a dead pet and expensive medication. Also, he died Halloween night and it was kind of spooky burrying him that night.
Don't mean to scare you-- just wanted to let you know that it can be serious. Take it in. If you were him, you'd want your owner to get you some medical attention.

well you have no choice, you must take the bird to the vet, bird do like to sleep sometimes. if its fluffed up it could be annoyed or is getting ready to poop.

get it to the vet imeditly it could die give it cold water and parakeet food good luck to your bird.

yep. take it to the vet if you want it to live, something is wrong with it and it won't just get better.
