Sit on the edge of a chair. Grab the sides of it for stability and lift your knees to your chest. It'll be tough, but it works. Good luck! I'm sorry, I don't know about reverse crunches.

Try this... Lay on your back, legs straight up. Lift your hips off the ground, imagining that you are pressing your heels into the ceiling, and back down, slowly.
A reverse curl is when you lay on your back, legs up, knees bent. Lower your feet towards the ground slowly (only as far as you can), keeping your back flat, then bring them back.
Plank is also good for the lower-abs, as well as you back. Lay on your stomach like you are going to do push-ups. Keeping your legs straight and butt tight, lift up on your toes and support your upper body on your forearms and imagine yourself as one straight line from your shoulders to your heels. You'll feel the pressure in your lower abs and your lower back. Hold this pose for a count of 8-10 (or whatever is comfortabel, at first. this one is tough!). Good luck!

sit ups don't do jack **** for your lower abs. crunches mostly just work your middle and upper abs. do flutter kicks, leg lifts, and the soupine bicycle. run your *** off. this also works your abs and helps you keep a tight stomach.
