I am already getting treatment and have stable out, but the weight won't go away.

Let me iterate that I am already diagnosed by a doctor and have stable out but the damage is done. It's not a catch all and I can't have it burned. That applies to people who have hyper thyroidism and I have hypo thyroidism.

Do you have an exercise program?
if not i would get on one if you are wanting to lose weight.
Im doing core secrets by gunner peterson, he's an exercise guru that the hollywood stars use. he's good! u can go to coresecrets.com to take a look.
i have tried so many things that just didnt work for me, but this works for me.
he works not only on the abs but on the whole body.
i have seen results, and i love the program.
if thats not for u, then there are books at libraries, and book stores that will give you an exercise routine.
there are also videos at multiple stores, like walmart for example.
there are so many options for you to choose from.
also have you talked to your doctor about what you can do or what options are good for you. has your doctor put you on any medication for your thyroid problem?

Get your thyroid levels checked with a blood test, have your doctor diagnose appropriate medicine. I take Synthroid. Exercise and eat right. Please realize that not everyone with a weight problem has general "thyroid conditions" (people like to use it as a catch-all for being overweight). Only a blood test can determine that.

I would need more information about this condition you claim to have. Like is this self-diagnoses? Usually fat is fat, just that.
