When I fly back home from England, it makes for a very long day (7 or 8 hours extra). So I have taken caffeine pills. But they really hit hard. Taking them with food helps - a bit.

I wouldn't take them as part of a regular daily routine.

Why Would You Wanna Do That? Caffiene Is Not Something You Should Be Exactly Trying To Ingest. Okay In 'Small' Doses Like Those Found In Some Foods And Beverages. But There Is Really No Reason To Just Go Out And Take It. If You Feel You Need It, Then Try To Do Something Else To Get Whatever It Is That You Think You'll Get Out Of Those Caffeine Pills. Taking Them Would Just Be A Waste Of Your Money, And In Fact Is Just A Waste Of Your Time. Also, If Things Get Out Of Hand As They Could If You Weren't Careful With Following Directions And Doing Some Research, There Could Be Some Health Risks You Probably Don't Want To Bring On Yourself. I Don't Know Everything LOL, But I Would Advise You To Take A Step Back And Ask Why Your Thinking About That..There Are Other Fairly Simple And Healthy Things You Can Do For More Energy If Thats What Your Seeking..
