an avalanche

using a large glass or lrge beer stein (like 14 - 18 oz), pour 1 oz rum and 3 to 4 oz coke (NO ICE).

in a shooter glass make a b52 (khalua, irish cream & cointreau)

now drop the b52, glass and all, into the rum and coke

the milk will start fizzing like an avalanche and I have yet to see anyone walk a straight line after just one of these

My girls and I invented one: The Passionfruit Vodcolada! We basically took V8 Splash Pina Colada Juice, Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Passionfruit, and Vanilla Skyy Vodka, and mixed them together. We took a 16 ounce glass, poured the pina colada juice about halfway up, and added in crushed ice, then put in about 2 ounces of the vodka, and 4 ounces of the rum, and stirred it all up. It was quite spectacular.
