In the Charge, She says She wants no sacrifices. If this be true, then She is unique among the Beings of the universe. How is it She lets you off the hook of quid pro quo when Jaweh and Baal and Allah demand blood and firstborns?

Because nature, her creation, is sacred. Why would she require us to kill in her name. All she asks is that we live and respect the world around us. In that we are showing love and respect for her.

Because in the Wiccan religion the Goddess has no need for sacrifices. Everything is sacred to Her and She welcomes all rites that are performed in Her honor. And She hates waste, which some would say a sacrifice is.

How many of you who have answered this far have actually read the charge?
She doesn't ask for sacrifice for the sheer fact that she says to her all acts of Love, Sex, Lust, Ego are hers anyway. Heck, second stanza of the charge says that love is her sacrifice.
I'm not even wiccan and know that.

Because she loves all life and sacrifice is not necessary to make her happy. She just wants everyone to go with the flow of life, I guess.

She "let's them off the hook"? Sounds more as though she simply is more interested in the welfare of her creations than the others.
