HI Completely fat free will still have lactose. It is actually a sugar, not fat so won't be removed. You can buy lactose free and reduced cow's milks which taste a lot better than soya. These are available in Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda. My little boy has been lactose intolerant since birth so I have had plenty of experience trying different milks etc.

Tesco - UHT Lacto lite
Sainsbury's chilled cabinet - Lactofree

Soya milk doesn't contain lactose.

Cow's milk does, whether fat-free or not. The only exception is when it's had the lactose removed (well, 99.95% of it anyway) - but it will then be advertised on the packaging.

Why is this in the dog section?

Soya milk doesn't contain lactose, its a milk protein. This is the pets section so I'll just mention that soya milk is not suitable for animals or people allergic to soya.

Fat free milk contains lactose. Soy milk does not contain lactose and is safe for people who are lactose intolerant or allergic to milk to ingest.
