1. Keep using yahoo answers.
2. Join a gym or exercise
3. Take a class offered by your local community facility, such as dancing, cooking, woodworking, etc.
4. Join a grass roots or volunteer organization in your area (habitat for humanity, etc.)
5. Take pride in what you do at school or work.
6. Just tell youself "I have a life" and snap out of it.
7. Turn off the TV

Yep we've all been there.
U just feel generally YUK.
I know this isn't gonna B the answer 4 everybody but I check out the news/current affairs, discover that there's plenty of folks who have it far, far worse than me!
It kinda puts life in2 perspective & I shrug at my own pitiful yuk week & smile I AIN'T GOT IT THAT BAD, AFTER ALL!

Write down a list of your problems, one on each page. Then write out a series of steps to solve each one. Then implement your plan, starting with the most serious problem and working your way down. Give yourself a deadline for each one, and stick to it.
This process works just as well for goals.
In a few hours, you will have a roadmap for your life.

I've been there, the only thing to do is....just get up and do something. I know it sounds harsh but the only one to pull you out of your rut is yourself. Do something that will give you results like cleaning out your closet or making a big dinner. Just stay busy but don't overdo it.

look at the people around you and you will realized that you're still lucky because of what you have and who you are. sometimes we just have to look on small things in order to see the big picture. look at your family, remember your childhood and recall good times with friends. it may sounds corny but it will help you heal whatever is causing you feeling down. lastly, you're still breathing, you're alive a very good reason to start thinking how exciting life maybe.

This is what I always do. If I have a problem that I can do something about-I do it. If there is something that I can't do anything about-I don't let it worry me. Everyone has problems with one thing or another, each person has to handle them in their own way. I hope this helps.

You don´t admit it, but sure you are depressed.
Love is a reason to live HAPPY, it gives you the energy to live with really joy!
