LOL. you should know the first part.....that much is easy for a woman.
the second part should not be HOW TO TIE HIM DOWN, but WHICH GUY WANTS TO BE TIED DOWN.
if the guy is good, and u r not just after him cuz he's popular and has his way with other women, he'd likely want to be tied down...but young women will often ignore this type and opt for a guy who will mistreat them and after being divorced with kids, suddenly open their eyes to the nicer guys...it often takes women till age 40 to wake up
don't make the mistake many women have made in the past and still want to make!

Just be yourself girl. And try to dress not too flirty or revealing let his immagination do the walking. If he likes ya it will show in how he speaks to you, acts around you, looks at you etc. Try it and be for real. Don't make it too easy though. Some of us hopeless romantic heart throbs like it when u play hard to get. Good luck girl.

you are a women...you should have to catch no man...men should be catching you. that's rule number 1. rule number 2 is put yourself out there, you are never going to be found until you try and try again. rule number 3: if you have a certain person in mind, forget about them!...because the likeliness of you "catching" him is slim to none, and if you do he will most likely turn out to be someone you just aren't that into. finally, rule number 4: wait for no man, know yourself and never change for anyone until they prove themself worthy, and by that time you have already tied them down so you have nothing to worry about...hope i helped...

If you know anything about us men you should understand you do not have to catch us dear lady. Women know this about us men if you learn nothing else. We enjoy our women to do things unexpected to us. Just go for it if you do it right he will not care that he is being tied up he will enjoy every sinful moment of it and trust me you will too.

It should come naturally. You just don't go after a guy and immediately marry him. You might not even be a perfect match (think divorce). Yes there must be love and not lust.
