Of course it means he loves you and respects you. Why? Because he's probably too tempted to get too physical with you too fast and too soon so he's limiting your physical contact. You should commend him on that. Hopefully that's what's up other wise? Ask him and good luck girl.

The only thing i don't understand is why are you waiting for the right time to be together to me it sounds like he doesn't want to lose you but he doesn't want to go public with it either
