Your friend is obviously made of sterner stuff than you. I have friends who suffer the same as you while I can tuck the Ruby Murries away without symptom. Its because I've practised more. If you want it to not hurt, do more training. And don't let it come it out too soon. That first wee rumble in yer belly is just meant to be a warning that its coming soon. Hold it in there, let it solidify for a bit longer than normal, and i promise you a far more pleasant lavvy pan experience, take a good book with you 'cause it might be that pleasant you want to stay!

Before a night down the local curry house where I always indulge in one of Raj's most explosive bum burning ruby's I like to keep a role of toilet paper in the freezer just for occasions such as these :-)

I think it's cos our bums are lined with a similar type of membrane to that inside our mouths so the chilli is going to burn on the way out like it did on the way in

just like spicy food burns in your mouth, it also burns the brown eye. Some people can handle the spice better than others, same with your bunghole.
