i always drink water when i eat and iv never had any problems what so ever. but remeber every body is diffrent so for som people it maybe be bad.

It's because drinking while eating interrupts digestion by diluting your stomachs acids. So you should be drinking 30 min before or after meals. It takes a little getting used to to though.

Drinking while eating DOES NOT "dilute stomach acids" or enzymes.
Stupid myth. It has absolutely NO EFFECT.

if you drink water while you eat, it fills you up more and you eat less.
so,i would tihnk not.
