No!! & Why would u want to? People are so messed up! And nobody is perfect enough to set an example for the whole world to follow, exept Jesus, who came and died 2000 years ago for our sins.Think ur not a sinner? Have u ever lied? Even if it was a tiny one it is still a sin, and the bible says the wages of sin is death, and eternity in hell, so Jesus came and died for us, so that if we Believe in him and admit to him that we have sinned, and ask him to forgive us, and ask him to come and live in our hearts, then we gat to live forever in heaven with him, when we die, in the most beautiful place ever created. The only person who would have a problem if u chose to believe in people is u, and u would never be certain that wht u were doing is right. Just think if EVERYBODY had chosen to belive in Hitler,[a person?]how many more innocent people would have died.

Even though many people wouldn't agree on believing in people, the same way others believe in Jesus, you are the one who chooses what to believe. It's your decision, not anyone else's.

I agree with you.
However, there are those who would argue that Christ was divine, that he spoke for God, and thus his words are of more value that others who were not divine. I don't happen to share this belief. I also don't think many so-called Christians actually follow the teaching of Christ (care for the downtrodden, tolerance, love, etc).

Believe what you choose to believe, that is all up to you. You are the only one accountable for your choices and faith.

You can believe in whatever you want to. That won't make it real.
As for having a problem with it, that depends on the other person's POV.

People who feel this way are call Humanists. You can read about them at the sites below. They tend to be very good people. (Good ethics, morals, concern for environmental issues and scientific research)

You can believe in other people, but not in the way we all should believe in christ, because he died for our sins and through him is our path to heaven.I assure you believeing in someone else will not get you to heaven.
