Yes, it's low calorie. Just make sure it's enough to fill you up. The only thing is, you didn't say if it's whole milk, 2%, or skim. I would drink skim milk.

Sounds great and you did not state what Fruit, but that should be alright as long as it's not Avocado which is very fattending, like all the others are stating use the lowest caloric milk you can, or if not use Soy Milk if you need the taste. And also, Try Multi-grain or Wheat Pita Bread and not traditional white.

I would cut out the milk if it was me. Replace it with water. Milk is supposedly good for you despite all the freaking hormones that are passed from the cow to the milk, but it is fattening. Everything else sounds good.

it rather is okay! you in basic terms had that bread for sooner or later. calm down. You did no longer throw your weight loss plan out of wack in basic terms via fact of bread.
