A lot of guys, especially teens, aren't very confident in person, face to face with someone they like. They may be shy or hesitant. On the phone, conversations seem to come easier. Try not to read too much into it. But, if you can, try to help him feel more at ease.

This is common. People communicate very freely here on the Internet, are a little less talkative on the phone, and shyer still face to face. It takes more time to really get to know someone one on one.

umm i dont know but i think that i am going to break up with preston because he ignores me and like everytime i try to talk to him he says IM ON THE PHONE. and im like with who and he alwayssss says katie johnson, dylan grigsby, and haannah montana i forgot her lasat name girl that is a basket ball cheerleader.... so he can forget me. :]] haha ... and plus its a little more that weird to date someone younger than you :]]]
