Dentists do not check blood pressure ; however you can tell him about it , let him decide.

Usually the fastest way is thru medication, either calcium channel blockers, ace inhibitors, or diuretics. But long term, you can start a cardio work out regime.. I would suggest at least 30 minutes 3 times a week of brisk walking, maybe a treadmill, swimming, an eliptical machine.

a simple way of lowering your blood pressure is by excercise eting a wel-balanced diet , of course , the main reason why your blood pressure is high is always because you have a high intake of salt , sugar or fat . Sp, try not to eat them oftenly . Excercise about 3 times per week . if you continue to do so , it will be no problem .

Exercise and watch your salt intake. You actually shouldn't use salt at all if you have high blood pressure.

So how'd it go? I guess it was too late to lose weight or restrict your salt intake...

Ohmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
