There has been a bible code discovered before Isaac Newton's time and scholars have worked to crack this code. It is said that the bible code has predicted past events such as Hitler, JFK, and the election of George W Bush. Scholars believe that Moses wrote the first 4 books of the bible on Mt. Sinai. This bible code is capable of predicting future events yet today. Do you believe God put those warnings in the bible and that proves God's existance?

The bible code is the counting of certain letters and creating a message with the remaining letters. The bible code is supposed to be predicting a nuclear attack in the year 2006 on Israel. I guess I wonder if this is right in the theory of crap with the divinci code.

I do believe in Jesus and read my bible. I am looking for an opinion of the theory of the bible code. God warned us in the last scripture of Revelation that anyone that tampered with the words of the bible they would recieve punishment. Do you believe that the bible code would be considered tampering with the bible?

The bible code is a clever bit of fiction cooked up so that a whole cohort of fiction writers and pseudo-scholars could once again get rich taking money from the mentally challenged.

First of all I do not need a Code to prove God's existence. Secondly, God foreknew that man would destroy major libraries, burn thousands of books and distort much data. Check this latest Bible Code which shows how God not only foresaw all distortions and errant teachings by storing in the Hebrew texts of the Torah--events 2000 to 4000 years in advance, the dispersing of Abraham's seed, the different types of religious interpretations to His laws and why they would do such and most importantly--the punishment His Son would suffer as the fulfillment of the "Surrogate Scapegoat Sacrifice" Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53 and the entire proliferation of the Messianic survivors until the fulfillment of Isaiah 60 and 62. The Bible Code is baloney; utter crap.

Read it as it was intended to be read, not some "secret code".

The Bible already predicted the future, it needs no extra proof.

The Bible Code is only for people who don't want the reality of Jesus and only want to explore other possibilities. The coders themselves are just making up as they go along. I'll put the fools who look into these codes in the same group as the ones who believe in the Davinci Code and the Gospel of Judas.

My Chinese pal who lived across the hall bets on horse races. He finds codes in comic strips in the newspaper. That makes as much sense as codes in the Bible, Da Vinci's paintings, Poussin's paintings, etc. With a bit of ingenuity anyone can concoct "codes" in anything. The bottom line is that it's all sheer nonsense. Con men predict the future after the fact. Show me what this Bible code says will happen tomorrow and next year! You cannot, for it's a hoax.

"There is a common belief in the general community to the effect that many mathematicians, statisticians, and other scientists consider the [Bible Code] claims to be credible. This belief is incorrect. On the contrary, the almost unanimous opinion of those in the scientific world who have studied the question is that the theory is without foundation. The signatories to this letter have themselves examined the evidence and found it entirely unconvincing." - Statement from 45 PhD Mathematics Professors on Drosnin's "Bible Codes" analysis; see

This technique only works with events that have happened in the past, it has never foretold a future event. If you took any book of sufficient length, you could create a code similar to the bible code, it's just statistics.

The code itself proves nothing, in part because none of the 'messages' have been clear enough to be discerned BEFORE the fact.

However, the fact that man has 'discovered' a code is proof of our eternal search for meaning. "Our hearts are restless until they rest in You." - St. Augustine

People are always and will always seek to make just a little more sense out of the world around them, and 'connecting' the ancient texts to modern events of significance the 'code' is just another example of that.

i attempt to coach atheists (based on THEIR querys) that the bible has some desirable scientific information. If i inform you appropriate to the religious journey I had that led me to repent and make Jesus my Lord, and confess Him as my saviour, will you have self belief that? How do you already know that i did no longer contrive the story? To me, the certainty that there are hundreds of prophecies that have come actual is compelling information that the e book became into inspired by skill of God. the certainty that there are scientific issues that adult males ought to no longer have time-commemorated (springs in the backside of the sea, etc) till the introduction of the submarine, is information of the divine thought of the bible. You applaud Holy, and that i agree along with her, yet I additionally see atheists label christians "deluded" for his or her spirituality. So, I quote scripture that, to me, exhibits some supernatural commencing place. returned, you have asked the question... do you certainly need the respond, or are you in basic terms gainsaying?

I do not believe it because before Jesus was here people always were looking for signs, When Jesus was here people was always asking for signs and now in 2006 After Jesus was here people still seek for signs. Is this not a snow ball running down the hill for years and years? Why to look for an answer out there when the real answer is in you. I hope it helps.

There is no doubt about the existence of GOD and that bible was revealed from GOD, as a set of guidelines to mankind.
But i wonder why GOD would want to put hidden meaning in the Bible ?
