Both are correct, but are used in different contexts. Most = above all others. Much = a lot.

We would normally say MUCH APPRECIATED before something has been received i.e. "a reply at your earliest convenience would be much appreciated"

Whereas MOST APPRECIATED would be used after something has been received i.e. "my project was a big success; your help was most appreciated"

If you want to be absolutely, grammatically correct, you should say "I can't, either" or "Neither can I". However, in informal speech people tend to say "Me neither".

Used in what sentence? Either one could work, depending on the context it is used in.

Both can be used, 'most appreciated' is refered to something which is appreciated over all the rest, and 'much appreciated' is well appreciated but not necessary the most appreciated, do you understand me?
