2 same OS in the system(1 damage and 1 good). How to remove the damage OS and keep the good

Boot with the good one and delete the directories of the damaged one. After this;

If you are using Windows XP, boot with the Windows installation CD and choose recovery mode. Then use fixboot and fixmbr commands to get rid of the boot data of the old system.

If you are using Linux, make necssary changes to your boot loader.
