as long as it took take place on her property...and if it was filmed on her camera...im pretty sure it would be pretty legal...for example: Paris Hilton...she could do nothing about it because it was filmed on Rick Solomans video...so legally it was his...he could do whatever he wanted to with it...and he did

I don't see why not every one else does. The only thing you can do is get a lawyer to stop her from distributing it and sue her but. Yeah of course it's against the law but you know that being a call is illegal too. So keep that in mind.

I am sure it happens especially on video phone all the time. It is illegal, it breaks the data Protection Act 1989 that we have in the UK as well as the Humanity Act.
These days no one can take your photo without consent!
