If somebody were to die with sin on their record - any sin - they will be lost.
We cannot sin while planning to ask for forgiveness of that sin. We cannot be forgiven without repentance.
Of course, some people who commit suicide are not able to make rational decisions. If we do not understand what we are doing, we will not be held responsible for it.

No one really knows, but if a person is suicidal, then they are likely not of sound mind and by human standards deemed incapable of responsibility for their decision.

The Bible does not say suicide is a sin.
That idea comes from a Papal dictate and is not born out in Scripture. So, if a true Christian kills himself, I believe he will go to heaven
