so i hear everyone has a soulmate. Has anyone found that person? The older i get the more i feel it doesnt exist. Though i have looked at people and felt something with out even talking or knowing them.

There is no such thing. That's a fairy tale. There are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of people that would be perfect for you. But perfect doesn't mean that you guys won't argue or have disagreements. After all, that would get kind of boring after a while, don't you think.
My advice: Stop looking for the fairy tale "soulmate" and focus on a meaningful relationship with nice ladies, albeit, with some flaws.

Honestly though, there are many girls in the world. I believe the soulmate is the person you can stick with for a long time and share everything with. I have had several of these girls in my own life. I will only marry one girl, but it will be the one I am the absolute most open with. She will be my soulmate because I will commit to love her whether she returns that love or not. She will be my soulmate because we communicate well which is something I look for in my marriage partner.
My suggestion is that you sit down and decide in your head what you want in a girl. What are your needs? Desires? Write them down and memorize them. When you find a girl that meets the requirements, you have a soulmate. I have only found two in the last six years. One I will not see for four months, and one lives in my own backyard. I have made my decision. Good luck bro!

I guess it could happen that you can find someone and "click" (but don't think it happens like that for EVERYONE, because everyone falls in love differently and that would not work for us all.) To have our life's soulmate already chosen & narrowed down to only 1 we could make a successful marriage with? No, we have to do that ourselves by getting to know persons and sometimes at different stages in life, needs change as well as who we need for our soulmate...the important thing is "inner beauty" so if both of your personalities "click" there's usually the 1 that will grab ahold of your heart more and won't let go...then that is it, my friend. And she is out there! Be patient.

It depends on your interpretation of what a soulmate is...I firmly believe soulmates exist...but its a very special person that meets you on that level and has their life aligned in the most similar direction as yours...I have found persons with some of those characteristics but not thee person who will share my happily ever after.

Yes, I believe soulmates actually exist. I found mine, but it took a long time. Even though I had a lot of failures before I found him, I'm glad, because they made me who I am, and his mistakes made him who he is, and now we are together and make a perfect pair. (I just wish we were younger--oh well--you can't have it all, right?)

I have read about "soulmates" and also about something called a "twin flame". I think that this type of thing deals alot with believing in past lives, etc.
I personally think that there are certain people out there with whom we seem to "click". I have actually met 2 such people in my lifetime.

Yes Eric they do!!! Sometimes you have to experience a bunch of relationships{unfortunitely} before the right one comes along , and god don't be expecting or looking for it to happen! Sometimes it just comes up and "bites" you when you least expect it! I've had 4 relationships in my 5? yrs of life and I really felt I was in "love" all 4 times, But this is the 5th and I've {we} never felt like this before! It's the greatest feeling you'll ever feel!

Yes,, I am married to her for the past 36 years..We have 15 grand children as a memento for that....
But don't get me wrong... not all can have cloud 9..
Sometimes they do not come in this lifetime...
If you believe in reincarnation as I do...
the best thing to do is not to expect it too much...
they will come... if you are worth it....
and always remember,.. soulmate... is not always good mate.....they could drive you nuts...hhehehehehehe
But.. they really are good for the soul...

Yes I think it does. I feel I've met my other half and finally understand what people mean by a soulmate. Someone who understands you and completes your life, you're lost without them even though you are your own person.
I'm 28 and think destiny has brought him to me and we both feel very lucky.
