Bo boit sounds like "Good Night" Kumsda might be some form of address like Sir, Mam, Lord.
So Basicly "Good Night, Lord"

This sounds like some Portuguese creole. When you read this it sounds like ( boa noite, como esta). Which means Good night, how are you). Around the world there many portuguese based languages.

Sounds like "Buenas noches, como estás" if it was spanish of course. Probably you heard it in portugese or brazilian portugese which is a little bit different.

'boa noit' is 'good night' but 'kumsda' could be 'como esta' which is 'how are you?' in Portuguese.
