I don't see what a 19 year old could have in common with a 16 year old little girl, you should really think this thing through is this something worth changeing the rest of your lives for...you could end up in jail..or both of you could end up parents at such a young age, you have the rest of your life to have sex, be her friend teach her the good things in life, do expose her to such raw and unstable feelings.

I am from Ky too and heard at one time that the legal age of consent for Ky was 16 only if you are under 21, but I'm not positive. If she doesn't like it or something like that then she can always say that you raped her but that goes with any girl. That's the chance that you take when you have sex with any girl. It's up to you, if your still not sure then you can always check with your local PD, can't go wrong there. Anyway, good luck with that.

Check the Age of Consent law for your state; it's different everywhere. Legal Age of Consent is as low as 16 in some states, and Kentucky is one of them according to the sources I found. Check with local sources in your county to be sure, though; my sources may be out of date.

Imagine yourself having sex with her. Great isn't it? Now imagine yourself having sex with a built guy in prison. Not so great right? Find someone your own age and stop dating children who aren't even matured yet. You're not going to end up marrying this girl or anything (unless you're a moron) so just break it off and find someone else. 3 years might not be a huge age difference but it is a huge difference in maturity. Well, maybe not in your case but still. Go find someone who isn't jail bait.

You will be breaking the law. In most states its call statutory rape. Why don't you try finding someone your own age or older. She is what the police call jail bait. She will most definitely land you in jail.
