Is there any physiological benefit of working the snooze button on your alarm for 45 minutes?

Bad thing. Set the alarm for the time you need to get up. Have the alarm far away from the bed that you have to get up to shut it off. Then you are up.

Well, I feel like kicking my husband's butt when he's hitting the snooze button over over, so I'd say it's a bad thing. I wish I knew how to make his snooze button not work.

Friend! Very good friend! But I think you should put the alarm on a high stand or something beside your bed cause once you are up you don't have the feeling of wanting to go to bed again.

It drives my husband crazy, but i set my alarm early enough so that I can hit snooze twice. It probably is just "all in my head" that I need to do so, but that is now what my body is accustomed to.
