Fleet enemas are very effective and efficient.

Unless you have something really seriously wrong with you that has you constipated that you need a stick of dynamite to move things along, then a Fleet will generally do the job well.

Just follow the directions on the box and you will do fine.

5 to 15 minutes usually does the trick, don't stray too far from the bathroom.

Good luck.

I don't think that's what they are for. However, since you seem willing to take a solution from that direction (many people won't) I would suggest glycerin suppositories. They do work. The urge was amazing bad but they worked in very short order. If you can wait longer for results - like a day - try colace pills. The pills are a lot less trouble.

fleet enema is when you insert/inject some sort of medication or substance up your *** to induce you to move your bowels. I've heard that its very effective and usually takes effect within the hour. Also, there's no control once you've done it. You'll empty your bowels until there's nothing left so I imagine you can get cramps from it. Why don't you try oral medications or a high fiber diet.

The urge is almost immediate. You need to hold it as long as you can for the best results. It is pretty fast (don't stray from the bathroom!) LOL
