May be you are overworked. Take a break, leave your work and relax a bit, play with some children, then touch your heart and you will get the reply from deep within "I am your mind". Let your heart guide you always and not the mind bec the mind is very frivolous and the heart always guides your actions, thoughts and deeds and we perceive them all to be true always.

Mind is under ur control when there is a constant rapport with ur heart. Heart is a repository of feelings and mind is of action. Co-relate and u will be fine
