No. And if a guy is studying it shows dedication to doing well in school. But if you're studying all of the time, she might get upset because you aren't spending enough time with her.

My grades dropped when I got a boyfriend. I wouldn't mind a guy who's focused on his studies as long as the guy still has time to spend with you.

once i had bad grades during my first relationship in high school. after i broke up, i got a scholarship within an year(what an improvement). another yr after that i got into another smoochy love, now im not even in the dean's list!

It didnt affect me negatively,he was even always prompting me to work harder in my studies cos he was a medical student then.
We are both graduates now and i came out with upper credit.
we are no longer together(another reason entirely).
