For men wet dreams are- when they have some sexy experience in dreams and ejaculate in reallity without knowing.For women it is the same- they get all wet inside with the fluids.

They're a good thing for us guys with minimum complications.

Well personally ive never had one because i always wake up right before i "get busy" in my dream, however my roomie doesn't wake up until he's already came so i guess he finishes his dreams.
