im not to sure as to when to ask out a girl after getting to know her fer the first time .....i mean do girls like to go out with guys who have talked a lot earlier or is it jus mayb one days talk and then i ask her out ?

Try and see what kind of vibe you are getting from her. If she likes you, you can probably ask her out fairly soon. Or you can just ask casual and say something like "Do you want to hang out sometime?" and take it from there.

i favor to attend no more effective than a week of understanding her, more effective than 3 or 4 situations of putting out including her. Or a minimum of make my intentions properly commonly used. yet usually it finally ends up being a month, and issues get complicated, and that i'm getting 'friendzoned'. yet yeah, it purely relies upon on how a lot interest the guy has, and how quickly he's prepared to chew the bullet.
