I am thinking about it to lose weight. Has anyone ever experienced it before? I am skeptical but really interested.

Yes I have though it was for entertainment. It is weird and hard to explain but I will tell you that while I was hypnotized I did not react to everything the guy said or reacted totally out of context...you can have very very strange reactions to what is told to you. When I was under the guy told me I was in ice cream eating contest I ate very slowly and he said I would lose so I flipped him the bird and told him to leave me alone..that is one example of how you can react in a different manner than hypnotist desires

I must admit that I was skeptical and even asked the therapist what happens if you cant hypnotize me. He explained most people can be. It was an amazing experience, there was no watches just the sound of his voice. You are fully aware but totally focused. It really does work.

we were hypnotized to stop smoking and it worked, went from a 2 pack a day habit to when we left had no desire at all to smoke the one important thing is that you need to have an individual session with just you and the hypnotist, in a crowd, someone coughing, sliding their shoe across the floor , any distracting noise can effect how well the hypnosis works so if you're gonna pay for it be sure to get your moneys worth!

The only one I have ever heard before was in Captian Underpants: George and Harold hypnotising Mr Krupp...

yes-i had my dental work while i was hypotizied also have friends that gave up smoking
