Home treatment consists of only three things: anti-inflammatories (ibuprofen), RICE and exercise.

Rice is rest, ice, compression (ace bandage) and elevation.

Simple stretches and exercises are helpful in controlling the symptoms of golfer's elbow. The exercises should not cause pain, and if they do, they exercises should by discontinued until the pain resolves. By strengthening the muscles and tendons involved with golfers' elbow, you can help prevent the problem from returning. I was not able to find any exercises online...probably becuase it is essential to be shown how to do the proper exercises by a therapist to prevent further injury. Ask your doctor for a referral to a physical therapist.
