am a lover of books...both reading and collecting real meaningfull ones!
reading online, doesn't interest me...neither it impresses me to click rather than flipping over pages..its fun putting in cute bookmarks.....counting number of pages left to reach the back cover...no such feelings are felt on reading online!
though if we see the trend in general...when i look around at my friends..and even siblings...i can see many of them amused to read t all by the simple click of the mouse...but for me..nothing can replace the pleasure of reading from the book itself!

Not surely. Reading online can and should never be compared with the magical experience of reading it on a book. The only reason that I see for people reading the ebooks is no more than the unavailability of those books in their traditional avatar. Its very tiring for the eyes to be constantly focussing on radiation. (the comp. screen I mean) it shall never replace traditional books. Rest assured.

Nope! I love to read books, offline..
Nothing like turning pages and feeling the book in my hands as I disappear into the world inside the book..

I maybe so but most people loves flipping through the pages of books. Computers can damage eyes, but reading with enough lighting does not hurt.

I think reading a book is one of the most enjoyable things I do. I do not think it has decreased in popularity with the increase in Internet usage.
