Wow I first read that question as SMELL you brasilian artwork....

But if you dont want the higher fees of Ebay you can create your own free or affordable homepage like Geocities or yahoo page, post your pictures, write about them, and indlude links for people to email you and for you to sell through a private homepage. Then you can insert your home page in search engines so that when people search brasil art or brasilian painting etc your page will show up.

You could keep the orginal's and sell prints of the paintings. I sell my paintings on ebay and I make prints for the people who can't afford my paintings. Just take some great pictures of your paintings. Format them so they will look good when printed and put them up on cafepress.com. I sell the prints on there, but the only bad thing is that I only get the markup value. It's a good way to make passive income though.

Take great pics of it. Open up Ebay account and start selling....Or check with your local listings in your town for flea market openings and go to sell there on the weekend..Have fun!

If you are selling your own work try:
www.yessy.com
it only costs $80.00 USD per year and you can post as many pictures of your work as you want. they have a real easy template to set up you web page and it gets alot of traffic. Ive sold many works on their and I am very happy with it. give it a look :)
ciao.

Take two of your best pieces and go to small galleries. Bargain with them for a percentage of what they sell it for.
