My friend just realized that the girl has scars on her legs and even on the butt. He said that he likes her so much, but seeing the scars really turned him off. What shall he do?

Although most people take looks a little more serious than personality, I think that personality is more important. In the long run it is the personality that will be most important because you will have fell in love with the person and then looks don't matter.
As long as the scars aren't anything contagious that will harm him then he should do it with the lights off and enjoy his girlfriend.
