If you're watching 5 or fewer children, no license is required. More than 5 unrelated children and you fall under the licensing requirements.

If you are charging to watch the children, then yes you will need a license. There was a big hoopla last year over a woman here somewhere that did not have a license and was watching 4 children. She had said that it was a baby sitting swap service between moms and she was not charging but then the state found fliers she had distributed that said for a fee she would baby sit.

I would contact your local county office and find out exactly what you need to open your business and figure out if it is worth it. Remember that once you start it, it becomes very hard to take time off but it can be very lucrative.

you could examine with both the Florida street Patrol or the community information station as they're required through regulation to launch the position those will be. The more effective question is, in case you at the on the spot are not doing something incorrect why worry to rigidity. it isn't properly worth it to drink and force. usually the FHP has a application to get you a loose taxi around the holidays for a experience living house once you've had too a lot to drink and there is even a tow application as well

Check with the tax collector's office in Bartow for rules governing this matter.

check with your local health department, they can tell you what you need to do in order to get a license, or atleast direct you to where you need to go.
