Is god real?

so many people belive in god but were was god when more than 100,000 jews were murderd by the nazis Why did god give us the power to create guns and weapons only so we can kill each other why is god leting us kill his earth and were is god now as more than 5000 children die every day of starvation is god real or is he just made up to give an easy answer to things that people didnt uderstand

I think where your understanding is flawed is in the knowledge of sin. The world isn't perfect because of sin. Sin seperates us from God. We are enslaved to it. Because of sin there will be death, sickness and pain.

God made the world perfect, yet through the fall of one man, all are now suffering, yet God provided a way for us so that when we are done with this life we would not suffer for all eternity.

There IS a God, and He gave us a way to not suffer forever by sending Jesus to take on all our sins and nail them to the cross so that when this life of suffering ends, we will be free.

Your question is actually two questions joined into one?
1. Does God exist? 2. If yes why is he allowing bad things to happen in this world?

Theologists, or rather believers will always tell you that God exists and that He has given man the gift of will to choose. That is simplifying matters, rather for people who dont understand.

If you approach these questions logically, you will know that God does exist. I can give you an example for that. If you stand on a cliff and see a car negociating the curves of a mountain road, will you think:-
a) some steel, plastic and rubber just flew in wind and happened to take the form of a car and that object is happeneing to correctly trun on the bends by chance OR
b) There had been concious efforts from a set of engineers and labourers in a factory in Detroit or Yokohama, in desigining and forming that car, and there is an experienced driver guiding that car through the hazardous route of the mountain road?
If you are logical in your answer, it has to be b), otherwise let God help you. Given the answer b), the universe which is much more logical and complicated than a car, do need a creater and controller (doesnt matter what you call him, but God is meant to describe that creator and controller).

Coming to your second question why God is allowing bad things to happen in this world, you should understand that this life is not your entire existance but only a test to distinguish you from others in eternity (like a graduate exam, which will decide your rank among the students of your university). A teacher can be defined as someone who instructs you, who clears your doubts, who encourages you to read and discuss the issues with your friends and peers and so on. But when he/she takes the role of an invigilator in a test, all those qualities are reversed. Similarly in a test to determine (to your own and every body else's confirmation, because God already knows that, but you dont till you see the marklist) how good an individual you are compared with others, He will not prevent wrong things being done by you or others, just like an invigilator will not correct the mistakes one makes in an examination hall - as that will nullify the object of the test itself. Hope this convinces you that bad things happening in this world has no bearing on the abilities or kindness of God, but rather the reverse is the case, where He is giving a chance to everyone to excel over others. This cannot be done by just glorifying god and following somethings that someone else taught you, but by following an unprejudiced, educated, judgement about what you are doing, like everyone else will judge you when they will have all the knowledge (the eternal knowledge that Adam was bestowed with while he was in paradice) and no ulterior motives.

I believe God is real, I also believe even more controversially that God is good, that God is Light and in him there is no darkness at all. Fact is it's not as simple as that....God's 2nd greatest gift to mankind is free-will, if He intervened every 5mins then it would hardly be free-will. God's greatest gift has to be His son Jesus Christ, He took the sin, pain, punishment of the world on himself, so that if we turn to Him we can find forgiveness and eternal life - that's a brief summary, you need to read the bible thru to get a better understanding, If we fully understood God and all His ways would He be so Great? But He has his own way of doing things so that at the end of time every deed will be assessed and appropriate reward/punishment will be dealt out. Until then we live in an imperfect world and doing the right thing, loving, forgiving will always be a battle.
Good vs Evil the battle continues...As someone has said it's not as simple as God's in charge and is good therefore everything should be ok, we have free-will to do wrong so its a much more 'dynamic' arrangement than that...

Yes, God is real. Why only mention those horrible stuff? Dont be too bias. World does not only consist of these. Wonderful stuff are also happening every seconds! For example, like for the fact that God still give you the ability to see, hear and type using your keyboard. Be grateful. Dont be too arrogant. You and me are just human beings created by The Most Gracious GOD.

The Bible tells us that God worked in an open and powerful way when He brought Israel out of Egypt. But that did not help them to Love Him and want to be near Him, but they turned away many times while He was visible to them.

God wants us to love Him. He is doing it now through a quiet small voice.

He does use His power openly now and then, but He wants us to spread His love to others.

If you care for what is happening to others, ask Him to help them as He sees fit. That is a good start. Then do what you can.

it is the fault of GOD when their are many kilings around the world now and that there are many children and people die for starvation. we should know that GODS love his creatures fairly. it is upon the options of some people whether they like the teachings of god or not . satan whjo wanted to overcome or overthrow god is always on the side of temptations and is very happy bringing those misguided from the teachings of god specially those who are not believing to god, they do not have faith in god and they prefer to selclt the wrong ones dictated by the demons to them to do

Yes of course GOD is real... But just to let you know that there is only one GOD no other but GOD but only him.... GOD is letting people die because he knows that when he come's people that would be on this earth won't take the rapture that would be going on here.... Also people who play with GOD.... GOD take's it so serious that he even take's your life away... Now how real can that get!!!!!

yes god does believe that everyone should believe in one god which is him i believe that god IS real because if he wasnt then how did we get on this earth? if he wasnt real then how did we get here.there had to of been someone on earth to create earth,you shouldnt worry about everyone else worry about you and what you believe. remember the only thing you can do is stay firm and believe your faith ...always remember what god said in Psalms 55:22 "Cast your cares on the LORD and HE will sustain you: HE will NEVER let the righteous fall" Live above the sun with god not below it with everyone. dont let others get in the way with your relationship with god

God gave mankind a will of it's own to make it's own destiny in life. everyone blames God when a tradgy happens, God does not interfere with life, can you imagine what life would be like if He stopped every accident, every murder, every robery and every suicide life would not be real. You must earn your ticket to the next life without Gods help.
