Yes 200oC should be right - but dependin g on their size you might need more that 1 hour.

DO NOT FORGET TO PRICK THEM WITH A FORK FIRST!!! otherwise they'll go 'BANG' in your oven and make one hell of a mess!!!

It all depends in their size ?, ive found a quick way is to microwave them for about 6 - 8 minutes and then put them in the oven on a high heat for about 20 minutes to brown.

I cook two nice sized baking potatoes at 450 degrees F for approximately 1 hour. They'll be fluffy at the high baking temperature.

It depends on the size of the potato. Stick a fork or knife in it to see if it is soft or hard in the middle if you can't tell if it's done
