Please take your dog to the vet. It could be so arthritic that walking is too painful so it just potties there instead of asking to go out. There could also be other medical reasons, so if you want to get to the root of the problem, please go to your vet.

Do not let your Yorkie have complete rein over the house. Place your Yorkie in one area of the home. Put up a puppy gate to contain him or her there. Put down newspaper and a wee-pad over the newspaper then spray the wee-pad with a urine scent spray you can get that at any pet-store. Every time he or she goes tell the dog NO Potty in the House and take the dog to the wee-pad. Continue this routine until the dog becomes use to it and his able to perform the task. Good Luck and be consistent.

Hi there, dogs have no concept of right and wrong so your wee dog is not doing this to be bad. I think you need to get back to basics and start training just as you would a puppy. The moment the dog squat to go pick it up and put in outside and praise it when it goes. Also take your dog to the vet for a check up, just to rule out any medical problem. Good luck hope you get it sorted.

well take him out everytime he barks or cage him up and take him out right before you play with him. OR take away his food and water and only give it to him when you want to.
