I'm a christian but it seems people concerned with spirituality, just like damning christians. Spirituality and religion is not the same and there is a site here for pagans and wicans, i wonder if christians would be able to communicate still with each other frequently, or are we naturally defensive.....?

I believe christian or non christian should respect each others belifs. The fact that two people believe in different things doesn't mean they can't understand each other. Even people with the same faith, have different opinions. So I truly belive that a good christian would be able to communicate with a non christian.

Im a Christian (a missionary in fact) but I agree with Pangel - spirirtuality has to be at the heart of everything we believe. I was "religious" for years but I didnt truly become a Christian until 2 years ago. If We aren't spiritually alive then we have a real problem, we're luke warm and the bible has some strong stuff to say about that.

As for spiritualists damning Christians - they might well say the same about Christians damning them.

i am spiritualist and know many others on here of similar faiths and not once have i or others i know said anything negative to christians ... infact the person i admire most on these boards is catholic ( lovely debra )
when you say a seperate board for religion and spirituality .. do you mean a seperate board for christians perhaps ?
i have to say that personally to me ..spirituality should be at the heart of every religion and to seperate them would be taking the spiritual out of religion ... then you are left with only words in a book

Religion is the base of the spiritual life. We should not stay at the base, we should keep going up.
