I wuldnt call it a question.... but its give and take all the way!!!!!
However, to further the question..... some people (male or female) do have difficulty doing that sort of stuff... which is understandable!!!!!
Some people actually have phobias doing this stuff. If my girlfriend had 'difficulty' doing that to me... I understand her position completely. Communication is the key!!!
(I am also trying to give a decent answer here to this question)
