that's very nearly true.
ptolemy is not a monkey, she is a sheep.
after honeymooning in wales tobey had heard about the 'what do you call 3 sheep tied to a fence in cardiff joke (answer is, of course, a leisure centre) and got quite aroused when he heard this, and decided to improvise when he returned to the states.
unfortunately, rumours of his wedding were scattered to the wind and by the time he returned from his honeymoon, it was believed he had gone off to wales to marry charlotte church, and since none of the blokes on his block fancied his welsh bit of tottie he had no guests at his party.
