That's a funny one.
I asked my dad if he loved god more than me, and he scoffed and said something to thee effect of "god, of course"
I was real little and I cried my eyes out. Now, I don't really care.
My parents are religious nuts and believe that love travels threw god ( like a middle man) to the ppl they love. --- but that's all a mental concept of theirs, they love me, so I guess that is all that matters.

Always God comes first, then my family. If I did not love God I would not be as good and loving to my family.

Your question can not be answered because it assumes that my family is something separate from God. This is not the case.
God is one with all of creation. This is difficult to understand from the perspective of what seems to be a separate human body. Remember God created everything. In the beginning there was only God. For this reason God created the heavens and the earth from the only thing that existed, himself. Any thing that exists is made from this God stuff. Carl Sagan called it star stuff. For this reason oneness is the absolute truth, it could not be otherwise. After all if it is not from God then where would it be from?
For this reason, we need to love everything that exists, because all of it is a part of God. To see anything as not being worthy of our love is seeing some part of God as being unacceptable. How silly is that?

God, but there are different types of love. I love my mother one way that is different from the love I have for my husband or my children. It is like this with God.

Considering that I believe that god is the imaginary friend to the immature masses, I'd have to say that I love my family, I have no regard for a figment of other peoples imaginations...

Both of them.God is there for me no matter what and so is my family.God is the one who answers my prayers. But I love my family cause they're my family and they're always there for me too.To me,it would be wrong to love one more than the other.God created everything and everyone and I am thankful but my family has done a lot too.I don't really like to choose cause they are both VERY important!

I love God more than my family, don't get me wrong but God created me and his son died for my sins. My family is right next in line.
