Because ELECTRONICS means "Of, based on, operated by, or otherwise involving the controlled conduction of electrons or other charge carriers, especially in a vacuum, gas, or semiconducting material."
In other words, while the machine is operating, it is relying on or causing electrons and the charge they carry to moved or be conducted within the device.
AND....electronics doesn't HAVE to involve electricity in the common use of the word. It doesn't mean that you plug it in to the wall. There is more than one type of electricity - for instance, static electricity still involves the movement of electrons but has nothing to do with electricity from a wall socket.

Two things. It's electrical (as the last person mentioned) what makes it electronic is the use of circuit boards, transistors, or other signal switching devices.

you've 2 factors to contemplate right here. First, the computer software to bypass the instructions to the interface, and the interface it really is self. evaluate the way you employ your computer to operate your printer, as an party. yet another party is how i take advantage of my computer to regulate the equatorial mount on my telescope. It has batteries in it (yes, it does!), you have to have electricity to use it.
It can't stand magnets. because the magnetic field of a magnet would cause the computers hardware disrupted.
P.S. ALL PCs have a battery
