G'day, interesting question. I have just completed a hand rearing exercise on a Raven, I named the subject Kez and adopted the following in an atempt to arm my house with an aerial deterant (in addtion to the perimeter dogs at gound level). You may wish to consider this in your bid to turn Mary into a savage.
We inlisted the use of the Metropolitan Police Dog Training school, Kez and I were fortunate enough to gain scholarship to their 18month German Shepard triaining program, where by Kez would, via a speaiclly adapted harness be strapped to the rear of the German Sheppard whilst it performed its training. This involved all areas of the training, including river pursuites, and of most enjoyment to Kez, fellony pursuit.
Following the training, I was alarmed at the tactics Kez deployed on everyday comers and goers ,such as the post man.
I should not ignore the training school at Hendon for their contrinued support during our schoolarship, and would therefore recomend you contact them with Mary in mind.
Kez now sports an attrative red and yellow two piece leather suit, an addtion recomended by the MET as a visual deterant. Please feel free to send Mary's dimensions and I would be happy to ask my Wife to knock one ou for your you.
Cheers

I really think its awesome you helped her! Thats really cool. But please let her go, if you don't let her go than she would have been a lot better and happier out in the woods even with a hurt wing! PLEASE let her go, its the best thing you can do. I don't know your friends but it would impress me a lot more if you let her go then to try to teach her a trick...she is a wild animal and should be set free.

What a silly thing to want. There's other ways of impressing your mates without killed by a Raven.

conserving a raven as a puppy is illegitimate under federal regulation. you may desire to get in extreme difficulty if caught. additionally wild birds do no longer deal nicely with captivity. it would desire to get under pressure out and die. whether it remains injured checklist it to the community flowers and fauna branch. whether it rather is healthy, launch it.

"without being too cruel"?
You mean you want to be a little cruel? ;-)
I say "well done" for rescuing it and bringing it back to health but now I'd let it go free - it needs to be flying around free
