well i got 5 months and i need to lose weight......how to loose....any exercise to do and how much weight i may loose in 5 months
excercise(with pictures whould be great or link )

Join Weight Watchers or do something on your own where you watch and count your calories.

healthy weight loss is about 2 lbs per week.

Start with moderate exercise about 30 minutes per day and increase from there.

Ease into whatever you are doing oryou will give up. Start drinking lots of water. It fills you up. Make sure you have a BIG glass before you eat.

Running is a great exercise for weightloss. Doing situps/crunches and pushups also. Just be fit, eat right, and weightloss is very simple. You could join a gym and get a personal trainer, or join a karate class. Those are all good forms of weightloss, and very simple to do in a daily routine.

Darling. to loose weight you must regulate your eating and sleeping habits. Eating habits, I mean you should not take sugar and other diets full of cholestrol, such as milk, (not skimmed milk), butter or cream and rice. Avoid eating bananas or maguoes. As regards sleeping habits, you must go to bed early and rise early. You should go out for morning walk in a nearby garden or park and have brisk walk for about 40 minutes daily and also do the same in the night after taking dinner. You will loose weight in one month by about 2 KG. Please do it. Good Luck.

FIRST OF ALL YOU CAN LOSE A LOT OF WEIGHT IN 5 MONTHS AND DO IT HEALTHY! YOU CAN LOSE A GOOD 50-60 POUNDS AND I KNOW PLENTY OF PEOPLE IN MY LIFE THAT HAVE DONE IT, SEE THE PROBLEM IS THAT MOST PEOPLE GO BACK AND FORTH WITH DIETS, THEY SAY THEY DIET FOR 3 MONTHS BUT THEY CHEATED A HANDFUL OF TIMES SO THEY WEREN'T REALLY DIETING, IF YOU ARE STRICT WITH YOURSELF AND EAT ONLY THE FOODS YOU SHOULD EAT AND EXERCISE EVERY NIGHT, IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE CRAZY EXERCISE, JUST GO WALKING AT A GOOD PACE OR GO SWIMMING OR GO TO CARDIO IN A GYM...BELEIVE ME IF YOU DO THIS AND STICK TO IT! YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF WEIGHT.

Low carb diets work really well, you just have to make sure you limit your portions and cut back on pork and red meat. more fish, chicken and substitute ground turkey for ground beef. I've been on low carb for alil under a month and I've lost 15 lbs. already!

- Diet.
- Exercise by running, walking, climbing, swimming, cycling..
- Exercise the muscles by lifting weights...
- Take up a new hobbie that has alot of exercise in it e.g. football, tennis, rugby, dancing...

You need two things, number one your finger, number two the toilet. First you want to lock yourself if the room with the toilet, then kneel down infront of the toilet and stick your finger all the way back into your mouth, and boom bye bye weight.
