Disadvantages of having nuclear family are as follows :
(1) Couple, if both husband & wife is going to work then in that case they have to leave their child(dren) in baby - sitting, where they don't know how the baby - sitter take care of child.

(2) Wife after tiresome work have to prepare food etc.

The disadvantages are that if there are more nuclear families then there must be more housing. However, if you have the extended family living within the same household, then there are less houses, less bills, less baby sitting jobs, etc.

My friends that are divorced have more time to themselves because the kids all go to one or the other's house on the weekends. My husband and I joke around about it sometimes, because it's like they don't "get" what it's like to have full-time kids anymore.
